My name is Maja. I am an English teacher. My adventure with English began 40 years ago, when I was a student.

My adventure

40 years ago I was an English student myself. The lessons took forever. I tried many tricks to force my parents to forgive me this hardship. However, they were consistent in this respect. Over the years, I changed teachers who were unable to encourage me to learn because I didn't see any results. Everything changed when, after another teacher change, I joined Mr. Tomasz's group. A teacher who conducted classes in such a way that there was no chance for us to get bored. Every lesson was a surprise. I left each one filled with good intentions. To this day, this teacher is my mentor. He made

that what was previously unpleasant and boring became a passion. I wanted more and more English. During my studies, I started giving private lessons. It was the beginning of another passion. I liked teaching. Discovering people, finding their strengths, looking for methods - it was a challenge. Right after graduation, I found a job at a small primary school near Poznań. However, the imposed methodology and overcrowded classes - this was not my cup of tea. I founded my own Language School - where for years I developed my passion: teaching, training, meeting new people, their types and capabilities. Many years of practice have taught me a lot in the mission of teaching. My passion is teaching. “The way to get started is to stop thinking and take action”…And I started! Today I conduct private lessons and courses. How do I teach? I teach people of different ages and levels of advancement. I select materials according to the student's level. I create some of the materials myself. I set the days and times according to the student's abilities. I believe that there are no people more or less linguistically talented - there are only different ways to reach them.
